			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For those who are considering starting a blog using free blog services, we would like to alert you to a new policy over at BlogSpot aka <a href="http://Blogger.com" title="http://Blogger.com" target="_blank">Blogger.com</a> (which was acquired by Google).</p>
<p>Everyone knows that hosted blogs usually have a no-follow on their comments. But BlogSpot has gone one step further. They no longer allow comment posters to put up their own web site and names. All comments must be by a person who has a <a href="http://BlogSpot.com" title="http://BlogSpot.com" target="_blank">BlogSpot.com</a> account.</p>
